Unlike traditional cloud media editors or transcoders, ReelGuard does not require you to upload your files to a cloud server:

• Local Execution: When you drag-and-drop or browse for an image or video, your browser generates a temporary local memory blob reference (URL.createObjectURL).
• Zero Server Transmission: The raw media content never leaves your physical device. It is never routed through our servers, third-party analytics servers, or AI processing pipelines.
• Automatic Memory Revocation: When you click "Clear", "Replace file", or close the browser tab, the temporary blob reference is immediately revoked (URL.revokeObjectURL), freeing your device memory.
• Client-Side Exports: When you click "Download", the cropped preview composite is drawn onto a standard HTML5 Canvas element entirely within your browser and saved directly to your device downloads folder.

3. Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising Cookies

To maintain ReelGuard as a completely free utility for content creators and video editors worldwide, we display non-intrusive advertisements served by third-party advertising partners, including Google AdSense.

Ad vendors may also employ web beacons or local storage objects to collect non-personally identifiable aggregated demographic information, browser characteristics, and ad interaction metrics to assess ad performance and prevent fraudulent impressions.

4. Technical Information & Web Hosting Logs
